Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Host Agreement — applies to hosts and guests.

By signing this agreement you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the SERAVIE Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Host Agreement, together the Platform Agreements. The Platform Agreements may be updated from time to time; we will give you reasonable notice before any change becomes effective.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including identity verification when required by law.
Hosts represent that they have the right to list the property, that listings are accurate and not misleading, and that they will honor confirmed bookings. Hosts retain ownership of their content but grant SERAVIE a license to display it on the platform.
Guests may only book for lawful stays, agree to pay applicable fees and taxes, and to follow the property house rules. Service fees are shown transparently at checkout.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen plan period. The Platform may collect and remit local taxes where required. Host payouts follow the configured schedule and rails.
We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Hosts acting as data controllers for guest data agree to the Data Processing Addendum. EU data is stored in the EU.
Either party may terminate at any time. Trial users may cancel before the trial ends with no charge. Paid plans are non-refundable for the current period unless required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERAVIE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
